Wyre Forest Car Trial – BTRDA – Round 5
We are pleased to announce KMCC are hosting Round 5 of the 2024 BTRDA and Motorsport UK Production Car Trial championship 2024
On behalf of Kidderminster Motor Car Club we have pleasure in extending this invitation to all competitors and marshals to join us at “The Wyre Forest Car Trial” to be held at Hurtle Hill Farm, Heightington, near Bewdley, Worcs., on Sunday 9 June 2024.
Once again, we are pleased to have accepted the invitations to organise a qualifying round of the Motorsport UK British, BTRDA, AWMMC, ANWCC, WAMC and CMSG Car Trial Championships.
This year’s event will be run in memory of Club President Dave Lucas who passed away recently. Dave was a long time supporter of the Wyre Forest Trial and of motorsport in general. The Club will be making a donation in Dave’s memory from this year’s event to Mary Stevens Hospice who provided support to Dave and his family. Anyone wishing to contribute will be able to do so at the event.
Our venue at Hurtle Hill Farm, Heightington will be well known to many of you as a classic car trial site. Past competitors will recall that, no matter what sort of weather, the orchard at Hurtle Hill always provides a very competitive days sport with wide and varied sections which are a challenge to both expert and novice alike.
The event will be run in a friendly atmosphere and efficient manner and we hope that the weather will be kind enough to give us a first class trial and provide an enjoyable day for marshals and a good days sport for all competitors.
