Hills & Valley Scenic Tour ’26

Kidderminster Motor Car Club has pleasure in extending this invitation to everyone to join us for “The Hills and Valley Scenic Tour” to be held on Sunday 17 May 2026. 

The fourteenth Hills and Valley Scenic Tour in 2025 was well received by the participants who liked the quality and content of the road book, the stunningly beautiful scenery and, the varied and interesting rest halts. The 2026 Tour will be run in the same efficient manner, whilst maintaining the friendly atmosphere which makes an event even more enjoyable. 

Participants will enjoy a leisurely drive in picturesque countryside along roads best enjoyed at a slower pace, giving both driver and passenger/s longer to enjoy the glorious views and features provided by the Powys and Ceredigion scenery.  A lunch halt will be provided on the tour where participants will have time to enjoy a picnic lunch or purchase food.  In addition, morning coffee and afternoon tea rest halts will be included.

The start/finish of the Tour will be returning to last year’s venue which we believe will live up to the high standards set by previous favourite venues of our participants.  This will provide us with the opportunity to explore new areas of stunning Welsh scenery not previously visited by the Tour whilst also visiting some old favourite locations.

You will start your day with a bacon/sausage bap or pastry with tea/coffee, while you sign on.  You will receive a vehicle tour plate and a good quality tulip style road book which will provide information about the route, the area and its history.  At the end of the tour you will enjoy a hot multi-choice buffet style meal including a dessert, and you will have time to chat about your day with other participants.  You will also receive a commemorative souvenir.

We hope that, once again, the weather will be kind enough to give us a first class event and provide a lovely, sociable day out for everyone.
